The Schooner Inn came through in a time of need - with nearly every room booked on the mid-Maine coast, the Schooner Inn held a room for us, even after they were closing, at an affordable rate. Sure, the place isn’t the Plaza, but it’s a good value, especially during peak seasons. Added bonus: there’s a nearby bar and restaurant within walking distance.
